Biggest Loser Challenge: Week 1

The first week is officially over. The women all weighed in this morning and as a team lost a total of 40 lbs. The top loser was Dena losing 9lbs this week! Way to go Dena!

After weigh in they laced up their shoes and headed outside for some running as well as other exercises.
